PBAA The Permian Basin Apartment Association is a local trade association whose membership consists of apartment owners, rental housing management professionals and industry service providers. Sixteen counties of West Texas are within the boundaries of PBAA: Andrews, Crane, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler. Mission Statement

The mission of the Permian Basin Apartment Association is to educate each member of the local Association in matters pertaining to the multi-housing industry, striving always to be the best. To achieve this goal of excellence each member must commit to cooperation. Our objective is for total membership involvement to be a leading part of the future of the Permian Basin multi-housing industry.
